Land based training is a great way to build your strength and support your fitness, both for paddling and in general. Numbers are growing in these free land-based training sessions with Inge, and members are noticing a significant increase in strength and endurance due to this training.
What to bring? a towel, water, and exercise mat if you have one.
Physical activity has significant health benefits for hearts, bodies and minds and overall wellbeing. You may now think you know all this already, but sometimes we all must read it again reassess and start again. Every day is a new beginning, be patient with yourself, but never give up.
