Fun & Fitness Circuit Training Session

Inge will provide a half hour circuit training for RSD members following Saturday morning training. 
Circuit training
is a full-body workout that can be adapted to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace.  Preparing for State Champs and AusChamps the benefits will simultaneously improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength/endurance.
